Return Policy  
       At Amazingbag com . we are earnestly not content until you are. We are fully confident that you will be pleased with your ordered products ,the shippment speed and service quality. Our job does not end when you click buying. As a wholesaler ,we hope to maintain long-term relationship with our clients. We are, therefore, dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. Since we completely understand that each client's needs are unique, we are ready to deal with any problems arised . 
 
Before returning, please kindly send us pictures of the defective items to allow us to validate the fact. Once we have validated that it is a defective item, we will provide you with a shipping address to return the products. 
Moreover,the shipment fare is charged at your end when you return your bag(s) back to us by express and then provide us a tracking number.
In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, therefore, unfortunately, we cannot pay the shipment fare for your returned goods. Refund or replacement will be made in the same procedure in which payment was received (ie. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the goods.
 
Exchange/return products instruction:

1. Within 7 business days of arrival your request.
2. Please provide the following information
a. Your full name and address
b.The PI Number
c.The date of receiving goods.
d. The list of the Hermes Replica Handbags , Chanel Replica Handbags ,Gucci Knockoff Bags or other Replica Handbags to be exchanged.
e. The reason why your Louis Vuitton knockoffs or Chanel Handbags or other Knockoffs ,etc, are being returned.
3. Upon receipt of your request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) number. This RMA number should be referred to for any future correspondence involving this return.
4. Once you receive this RMA, please ship back your package to the return address indicated on the RMA.
5. Please email us with a tracking number of your return
6. As soon as we receive your return package, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
 
IMPORTANT:
Please kindly keep in mind that you purchased replicas, and not genuine bags! Although our replicas are 99% exactly similar to the originals, there are still some minor differences. Otherwise we would advertise genuine bags!
Please kindly note that to exchange the handbags you will need to ship them back on your expense with a courier.
Please note the product is subject to final inspection before your exchange is processed.
Allow 7-10 business days for an exchange to be processed.

Iv'e seen on your comments that your customers will be able to use credit cards on your web since February youve been saying next month which was March now youre saying end of month which is April are you sure end of April customers can use credit cards on your website?? Please advise
